Center Pivot and Linear Move
Linear Move
Linear move systems adapts better to rectangles farms or fields. They can irrigate up to 100% of the area in these fields. The systems we provide work with GPS guidance for better accuracy in the irrigated area.
Center Pivot
Center pivots can adapt better to square fields and they work well without supervision. Savings can be found due to less material inputs. In addition, the farmer can plant following the path of center pivot wheel to plant only the irrigated area.
Three reasons to consider mechanized irrigation:
1. Mechanized irrigation systems cost less, last longer and retain their value. The initial investment and maintenance costs for a center pivot is much less expensive than for a drip irrigation system.
2. You can cut labor costs and save time with a mechanized irrigation system. One person can run multiple machines covering hundred of hectares using remote management.
3. A mechanized irrigation system can be used with virtually any crop due to the ability to customize the tower setup. Applying the correct amount of water at the right time is crucial to achieving a good yield, but it’s also important to uniformly and precisely apply the right amount.
